The Mirror of Esired

0
The Mirror of Esired shows someones true desire. The quote on the mirror says: Erised stra ehru oyt ube cafru oyt on wohsi. If you read this quote backwards, it states: I show not your face but your heart’s desire. When Harry looked into the mirror he saw himself with his parents. He never met them and truly misses them. We never knew this up until the final book, but Dumbledore also lost his family (trough sickness and fights) and he has the same desire Harry has. Seeing his family happy and together. Even though he lied to Harry in the first book (imo to protect him and to make Harry believe he is invincible), he knew how Harry felt.

Most of the fake predictions in the books become true. Not in a direct way, but of you read "between the lines", most of them will actually happen, even though nobody in the series notices this. They all believe Trelawney is a fraud.

I open at the close

The whole series evolves around itself. When most of us started to read the first book, the battle had already happend and Voldemort was already dead. The series opend up for us at the close of the war.

Facts

0 Not all the things you read online are true and sometimes its hard to find out if a fact is confirmed by J.K Rowling or if it's just a nice addition to the story. There are a lot of great stories i wish were true, even though a fan made them up.
You will find both on this site. And even though fanmade stuff isn't always facts, i will still call them facts, just to keep it simple.
If you ever need a piece of information about the series, look it up and you will probably find it on here!

This is my first ever post on this site. I'm quite nervous because i don't write in English very often. I am trying to improve my English skills and what better way dan to create a blog about the thing i love most! Harry Potter.

I fell in love with the series when i was around the age of 10. I read all the books and watched all the movies. It was only after the last film came out, i really  became obsessed with the series. Right now, i spend hours per day looking up bits and bobs about the series. My phone is getting so full with al this information so i decided i would take all the content of my phone and place it on a blog for others to read.
Just a little disclaimer: Most of the information on this website won't be my own. Because i've print-screened almost all information, i am not always sure about the original author so keep that in mind. And again, English is not my first language and even though i try my best i can't assure everything will be flawless (as you probably can tell).

This is it, i hope you will enjoy my writing and my view on the world of Harry Potter. I will share every pease of information i come across and i hope you enjoy reading my blog.

Greetings, M
